L' Azienda nasce nel 1970, con il nome di "Castelli Mirta", dall'
idea dell' imprenditore e fondatore Italo Michelini.
Nel 1985 cambia la denominazione sociale divenendo l' attuale LEMI CONFEZIONI.
Nel corso degli anni l' azienda è cresciuta costantemente, arricchendo la gamma dei servizi offerti, aggiornando continuamente le sue tecnologie, ampliando le proprie conoscenze in campo creativo e progettuale, rafforzando la collaborazione e la vicinanza con il cliente.
L'esperienza maturata in quasi 30 anni di attività, l' alta professionalità
del team di lavoro, le soluzioni creative originali e sempre attente ai repentini
mutamenti del mercato, hanno permesso a LEMI CONFEZIONI di essere scelta per
lavorare a fianco delle migliori griffe e multinazionali presenti sul mercato,

LEMI CONFEZIONI è specializzata nella produzione di collezioni uomo
e donna; Abiti, T-shirt, Cappotti, Pantaloni, Gonne, Polo.
I principali tessuti utilizzati sono i jersey, elasticizzati e non di qualsiasi
composizione, sete, schifone, lane, viscose.
La lunga esperienza abbinata all'alta tecnologia dei macchinari impiegati
da come risultato lavorazioni precise e vestibilità perfette. Recentemente
la nostra struttura produttiva si è attrezzata anche per la realizzazione
di linee mare.
Gli oltre 160.000 capi prodotti l'anno sono la prova che LEMI CONFEZIONI è
ormai una realtà affermata nel settore dell' abbigliamento e contribuisce
in modo decisivo e concreto alla diffusione del Made in Italy nel mondo
MODELLISTICA
Modellista è colei che traduce il sogno racchiuso nello schizzo su
carta di uno stilista nella realtà tangibile di un perfetto capo d'
abbigliamento.
I modellisti di LEMI CONFEZIONI si occupano di garantire una perfetta vestibilità
del capo, sovrintendendo alla realizzazione dei carta-modelli e assicurando
la migliore riproducibilità industriale.

TAGLIO
La tecnica di taglio impiegata varia a seconda delle specifiche contingenze
produttive e alla tipologia del capo.
LEMI CONFEZIONI predilige nelle sue lavorazioni il "taglio a mano",
garanzia di precisione e qualità. Il laboratorio è dotato, inoltre,
di macchine industriali, quali taglierine e bindelle, per rispondere efficacemente
alle diverse esigenze del mercato.
CONFEZIONE
L' intero ciclo di produzione e confezionamento avviene internamente all'
azienda, così da poter essere monitorato in ogni sua fase da personale
certificato e altamente qualificato.
Il laboratorio è attrezzato con le migliori macchine presenti sul mercato
in grado di effettuare la maggior parte delle cuciture. Ci avvaliamo dell'
esperienza di un meccanico interno per soddisfare, tempestivamente, le necessità
di variazioni tecnico - meccaniche richieste dal mercato.

STIRO
Lo stiro viene eseguito interamente a mano, da personale qualificato, ed infine
completato con
l' imbustatura del singolo capo.
Per ottenere un risultato ottimale e una qualità costante, il laboratorio
è attrezzato di:

- presse per l'attaccatura di teline - strass - pietre
- macchina piega fessini
SPEDIZIONE
LEMI CONFEZIONI si occupa di risolvere anche tutte le problematiche associate
alla logistica dei capi prodotti.
Su richiesta, il personale di LEMI CONFEZIONI è in grado di seguire
tutte le fasi del ciclo produttivo fino alla gestione operativa dell' ordine
e alla spedizione della merce prodotta al cliente o direttamente ai negozi
serviti dal committente.

The Firm was created in 1970 with the denomination "Castelli Mirta",
from an idea of the entrepreneur and founder Italo Michelini.
In 1958 the company name changes into the present LEMI CONFEZIONI.
During these years the Firm has been constantly increasing, enlarging the range of its services, updating its technologies constantly, widening its own knowledge in the creative and planning field, strengthening the collaboration and the closeness with the customer.
The experience matured during almost 30 years of activity, the high professionalism
of its working team, the original creative solutions, always careful to the
sudden market changes, have made it possible for LEMI CONFEZIONI to be chosen
for working beside the best griffes and multinationals of the market. These
ones have always shown a total satisfaction for the reached results.
Today the working team, highly qualified and constantly growing, is able to
satisfy the customer's demands, starting from the paperpattern up to the creation

LEMI CONFEZIONI is specialized in producing collections for man and woman,
suits and dresses, T-shirts, coats, trousers, skirts, button-neck sweaters.
The most used fabrics are jerseys, stretch and not stretch made of any composition,
silk, chiffons, wools, viscoses.
The long experience matched with the high technology of the machinery gives
as a result an accurate manufacturing and a perfect vestibility.
Recently our productive structure has been equipped for the realization of a sea-fashion line too.
The more than 160.000 items manufactured last year are a demonstration that LEMI CONFEZIONI is now an established reality in the clothing field and its contributes, in a clear and actual way, to the diffusion of the "MADE IN ITALY" in the world.
MODEL MAKING
A model-maker is the person who translates the dream kept inside the sketch
on the paper of a stylist into the tangible reality of a perfect clothing
item.
The model-makers of LEMI CONFEZIONI answer for a perfect vestibility of the
item, supervising the carrying out of the paper-patterns and assuring the
best industrial reproducibility.
Development specifications:

- Carrying out of cut-graphics in iso-hplg format.
CUTTING
The employed cutting technique changes in accordance with the specific productive
circumstances and with the item typology.
LEMI CONFEZIONI likes best the "hand cutting" in its process, that
is a guarantee of precision and quality.
The workroom is equipped with industrial machineries, such as cutters and
"bindelle" so to be able to answer in an effective way to the demands
of the market.
TAILORING
The whole productive and tailoring cycle is made inside the firm, so that
it can be monitored during each stage by a very highly qualified staff.
The workroom is equipped with the best machines present on the market. They
can execute most of the seams.
We make use of an in-house technician who, in a good time, can satisfy the needs of technic and mechanic changes the market demands.
IRONING
The ironing is executed completely by hand by a qualified staff and, finally,
each item is enveloped.
To be able to reach the best result and a constant quality, the workroom is
equipped with:

SENDING
LEMI CONFEZIONI also cares about the solution of all the problems about the
logistic of its items.
On request, the staff of LEMI CONFEZIONI is able to follow all the stages
of the productive cycle up to the operativity of the order and to the consignment
of the product to the customer or directly to the shops served by the buyer.
QUALITY
